Conducting Serious Incident Investigations is an interactive course covering procedures for conducting investigations into allegations of abuse, neglect, exploitation, or rights violations. It is appropriate course material for clinical staff who conduct incident investigations to assist in risk management and incident reporting. The information presented in this course is both lecture and interactive exercises. Alabama Department of Mental Health is a CE Provider for the Alabama Nursing Board. (ABN0150, exp. 7/5/2017) This course will receive 13.5 credit hours. Alabama Department of Mental Health is a CE Provider for the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners. (exp. 1/31/2016) This course will receive 11.5 credit hours. Registration and continuing education fee $50.
