Instructions and Forms Required to Apply to become a Licensed Behavior Analyst or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst in Alabama
Notes Regarding Applications
  • The law enforcement agency will give you two (2) sets of fingerprints. Please submit both sets with your ALEA background check so that there are two opportunities for the agency to successfully run your prints.
  • When forms are updated, they will be posted to this website and announced to our email group. It is the applicant’s responsibility to check the website for the most recent form to avoid a delay in processing their application.
Verification of Licenses
  • Agencies and individuals can email the board to verify an individual’s license status.
