How to do business with Alabama DMH:

There are two offices with which vendors can do business with the Alabama DMH: the Purchasing Office and the Office of Contracts.

The Purchasing Office handles all goods and non-professional services contracts through a competitive bid process. Purchasing contracts are awarded to the lowest responsible bidders.

The Office of Contracts handles all professional services contracts though a competitive proposal process. Professional services contracts are issued to vendors deemed most qualified by a panel.
