The Alabama Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation has established reasonable procedures to protect the security and integrity of the Nurse Delegation Program examinations. It is your responsibility to exercise ethical practices to ensure validity of the testing materials and results.

Login Requirements

In order to obtain examinations, you will need to establish a User ID and Password for accessing secured documents on this website. A request to access the testing information must be submitted to the Office of Staff Development using the following email address link:

The following information should be included in your request:

1. Your Name
2. Your Discipline (RN or LPN) and ABN License number
3. Your Organization Name
4. Your Organization Address, City, State & Zip Code
5. Your Work Telephone Number with extension, if applicable
6. Contact Name
7. Email Address (Required)
8. Type(s) of Tests Requested: MAC

Once your request has been approved and you have been assigned a user ID and password you may Login.
