I started getting interested in art in the third grade. Doing art helps me in my coping skills. It helps me to meditate and not turn on my old bad habits. My art for today tells me I was once big like this and it helps me get back in shape. I conquer stress through exercise. In this particular painting, I used colored pencils. My illness Is anxiety due to shyness and being unable to present myself. Art is Inspiring. It is like a camera showing a movie. Past joys come alive in my paintings. They help me to talk to others about my illness and inspire others and myself.
