We are hiring Mental Health Worker Trainees at three state psychiatric facilities in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  Minimum starting salary of $22,827.60 (+2% cost of living increase will go into effect October 1, 2021).  Earning potential can increase based on overtime hours worked.  Probationary increases and time-in-class promotions every six months during the first 18 months of employment.  (Potential 25% salary increase during this period); annual increases after that.

Overtime required.  Weekend and Holiday work required on a rotational basis.  Employees who are required to work a holiday will accrue that day for later use.  Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
