Work of Art

I started getting mentally sick at a young age. I have paranoid schizophrenia. It got worse over the years, so, my mother thought Riverbend would be a good place for me. I live in a group home where I am learning basic living skills. I take my medication but sometimes I don’t do everything I am told to about it.

I started drawing because I looked at art in Encyclopedias, and I wanted to do art myself. I am self-taught. Drawing allows me to express myself. I drew my artwork to be something new that I have never seen before.
