62 – Alex’s Dream

I have several mood disorders, the most problematic being self-harm. Wellstone in Huntsville gave me a lot of time and they were so kind in working with me that I became interested in life again. Now I live on my own and volunteer for a couple of mental health facilities. I only participate in art class at Our Place in Huntsville but I find art to be very relaxing and there is a lot of nice interactions among students. Most of my painting involves nature because it is a relaxing and healing environment.
