The Office of Self Advocacy Services is responsible for providing leadership to individuals with intellectual disabilities by giving presentations on self-advocacy, leadership, inclusion in the community, and the benefits of having a job. The office believes in helping people become more self-reliant and reach their dreams.
The Office of Self Advocacy Services is directed by a peer, George Neal. George has been working for nearly 30 years, driving and living independently for over 22 years. George has served as president of People First of Alabama and works diligently to remain a role model for people with disabilities.
