69 – Cute as a Button

For most of my life I have dealt with the diagnosis of ataxia. This has affected my mobility and other physical movements. Recently, I had to have surgery on my spinal cord and it has been a long journey to recover from this experience. One thing I have enjoyed doing during my recovery is painting. It allows me to forget about my pain and sufferings, and focus on something beautiful. Even though my legs are not working very well, my arms and hands are amazingly steady when I do paint. That is why I love it so much!
