Hi, I’m Jeff. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder at a young age, but before that, I struggled with a lot of depression and anger. I didn’t understand why I felt the way I did until I received my diagnosis. I'm self-taught and discovered that painting helps calm me down and manage the highs and lows of my condition. 

Art gives me a way to express things that I can’t always put into words. Painting animals especially helps me face daily challenges and communicate in a meaningful way. I'm proud to say I'm in recovery, and art is a big part of that journey.
