Hi, I’m Jeff. I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when I was young. Before that, I felt very depressed and angry, and I didn’t understand why until I received my diagnosis. I’m self-taught, and painting became my way of managing those feelings. It calms me and helps with the ups and downs of my condition. 

Art allows me to express what I can’t always say with words. I especially enjoy painting animals—they help me face my daily challenges and communicate in a powerful, personal way. I’m in recovery, and painting continues to support me on that journey.
