Service Dog

I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. I am proud to say I am a veteran and receive services from the VA (Veterans Administration). I am proud of myself for being able to live independently and to maintain stability.

I enjoy drawing because it helps me to calm down and meditate. I have learned that drawing is one of my most used coping skills. When I draw, it helps me to focus on the task instead of symptoms that may be bothering me.
