Greetings from the Office of Provider Certification!

Provider Certification, in partnership with The Council on Quality and Leadership, has been working diligently towards collaboration and transparency with our contracted/certified providers. In doing so, we found it necessary to enhance quality with our processes and procedures by implementing a new Alabama Certification Tool. The tool will be used to report strengths and opportunities identified during the site review. It is also a Plan of Action created by Certification staff and implemented by the provider. The Certification Specialist and providers will work collaboratively during the certification process to ensure the review is a success.
