I have been diagnosed with schizophrenia. I am proud to say that I am a veteran and receive services from the VA. I am proud of myself for being able to live independently and maintain stability.

I enjoy drawing because it helps me to calm down and meditate. I have learned that drawing is one of my favorite coping skills. When I draw, it helps me focus on the task instead of the symptoms that may be bothering me.
