I live with depression, anxiety, and PTSD, and I’ve been struggling with mental illness since I was a child. Recently, I got back into day treatment, and the medications I’m on now have really helped me feel more stable. 

Art has become part of my daily life. I draw and paint often because it relaxes me, lowers my stress, and boosts my self-esteem when I see what I’ve created. Art helps me feel grounded and strong.
