The Hands

I’m Dee, and this piece is called The Hands. Like Hope and Love, this artwork is part of my personal healing journey. Living with bipolar disorder, I’ve had to find ways to manage fear and pain. Through self-teaching, meditation, and music, I’ve built a creative process that supports my recovery. 

Art helps me express what’s often hard to put into words. The Hands is about connection—how healing often begins with reaching out and holding on to hope.
