I have had a really hard time in my life because of things going on in my head. I have schizoaffective unspecified, and it made things very difficult for me. I was addicted to drugs and alcohol, and I even spent some time being locked up because of those struggles.
It was a big challenge, but I worked very hard to get off the drugs and the alcohol. I am glad to be doing better now, and I want to say thank you for your time and for listening to my story.
I first became an artist because my teacher and principal asked me to be in an art contest. I have been drawing different things here and there for a while now. I didn’t go to a special school for it, but I just keep practicing. I really enjoy the art I create because it looks so nice once I finally get the picture finished. It makes me feel good to see what I can make with my own hands.
