I have been diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, anger outbursts, and bipolar disorder. I have faced many obstacles in my life like losing my dad. I had a relapse, but it wasn't as bad as in the past because I used my coping skills and had support from my day treatment peers and mentors. Getting through that helped me become a better person, stronger, and more independent.

I taught myself to draw. It helps me understand how to accomplish and complete the things that I start. Drawing calms me down and releases my stress. I like painting, tracing, and looking at pictures in magazines, and drawing them myself. Art helped me deal with the grief of my dad.
