My name is Mandy. This piece is important to me because it represents who I am and what I’ve overcome.

My struggles with mental health have become easier with the help of my best friend, who is always there for me, and Integrea Mental Health Center, a place that has given me the medical support I have needed over the years.

Everyone in my circle understands that this world is not neurodivergent-friendly. And we understand that art is a way to express our uniqueness when knowing we can be treated cruelly by this world.
