I deal with anxiety and depression. I am also on the autism spectrum. I am working on how to deal with having anxiety and depression. One way I work on dealing with it is through my art. It helps me express how I’m feeling whenever I need to and it also helps me cope with my symptoms. I use art to help myself express my emotions in a positive way. I taught myself how to draw and paint. Art has been a special interest of mine since middle school, and I have been spending my time learning how to do different styles of art.
